This agreement applies between the person who books or pays for a pitch in Stocka harbor. In the text, the client/payer is referred to as "Customer" and the non-profit association Stocka Hamnförening with company Stocka Gästhamn Reg.nr: 887501-3354 as "We" or the "Supplier".
Booking and payment are made on our website stockahamn.se. All prices shown are shown in SEK inclusive of VAT. The customer must be at least 18 years old and use VISA, Mastercard, BankID or Swish for payment.
Check-in from 12:00 Check-out 12:00 The price includes a parking space, access to a service center, booking fee and electricity (10 amps).
Check your booking confirmation for correct details. In case of error, contact us at stockahamn@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt, we will respond within 3 working days. In urgent cases, call stockahamn.se Payment takes place immediately upon booking.
Cancellation can be made online via stockahamn.se Cancellation less than 12 hours before the booking starts will not be refunded.
Follow the rules of order for Stocka harbour. The customer is responsible for their possessions and for any damage they may cause. Be quiet and respect other guests between 22:00 and at 08:00. Use electrical outlets only for charging.
Recycling and garbage disposal is important, use the bins at the service center Drinking water must not be used for vehicle washing.
Agreements can be canceled if the conditions are not followed or if there is disturbance or damage.
In the event of extreme events such as war or natural disasters, contracts may be terminated and payment refunded.
